Bradley Broussard Land Services, Inc. now has a full-service CAD/GIS Mapping Department. Our goal is to provide a full range of mapping services for our clients. We use the latest digital resources available to create accurate, detailed maps of client prospects. We are experts at creating multi-layered vector images that can easily be manipulated to create various views of an area. We also have extensive experience with Object Data, Data Linking, Extended Entity Data and various additional aspects of land mapping.
While many of our colleagues are moving towards using ArcView and other 'shapefile' applications, we are using the latest version of AutoCAD 3D Mapping software (currently version 2010). Our AutoCAD software is compatible with the same 'shapefiles' used by other software, but allows us greater control over many of the detailed aspects of creating maps, including the ability to automate many tasks, to the point where we can map leasehold for an entire parish in just a few hours.
We have two networked printers capable of printing up to 11 X 17 color prints, as well as an HP color plotter that can plot up to 42' wide. Our computer workstations have powerful processors with state of the art graphics cards to assist us with creating maps faster and better than most of our colleagues.
Our CAD personel are professional and courteous. They can answer your questions and meet your requirements for any map you may need. Unlike some, if they don't know the answer to your questions, they know how to find the answer.
